Adam went from working as a radio host and show producer to a Public Sector Attendant, using his previous lifes skills to this podcast. A self-proclaimed nerd, Adam is verging on professional at anything that can be done from the couch, including but not limited to: video games, scrolling through YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and a movie and music critic.

Heavy metal is the usual soundtrack for his day but if you listen very carefully, you can hear the faintest hints of Adam singing along to Taylor Swift and any other top 40 song first thing in the morning.

Stephen traded the mountains of Canmore, Alberta for the mountains and ocean of Vancouver over two decades ago, bringing with him a career path as varied as the landscapes he’s lived in. A former Paramedic turned IT professional, he now works as a Digital Media Specialist—while moonlighting as a part‑time podcast host whenever inspiration strikes.

He’s passionate about climate change, environmental protection, and animal rights and welfare, all wrapped up in a personality that somehow balances tech‑nerd energy with a love of heavy metal and punk. When he’s not creating content or debating hockey loyalties, you’ll find him tinkering in his homelab, experimenting with servers, networks, and whatever new gadget he can justify adding to the rack.
